The ads can be displayed in embedded containers called inline frames, IFRAME. The next example shows an inline frame, IFRAME, element refreshing every 15 seconds. Each time the frame refreshes, the next ad (in forward direction) in the ad group is displayed. The width, height, border and scrolling properties of IFRAME can be set to the values of your choice. IFRAME is particularly very useful for displaying fixed sized objects such as images and banners.

OBJECT tag is a more general container, however less supported by the current browsers. The example below is an OBJECT refreshing at every 60 seconds, and showing the ads in backward direction.

The next example is an IFRAME displaying a 468x60 banner ad selected randomly. The banners are refreshed at every 30 seconds.

Note that, you can disable the auto-refresh feature, then the ads are refreshed only when the page is reloaded. Just imagine, how your site can get dynamism with these features. You can display your latest news, rotate banners, give tips, dynamically display images... It is only bounded by your imagination.
